In the Summer of 2010, I attended a Cherokee Heritage Camp at Northeastern University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. While I was in the Cherokee Nation, I visited various cemeteries and took photos of the graves of my ancestors.
In February 2017, I visited two cemeteries in Bonham, Texas, and added photos of Akin and Whitsett family graves to this blog.
In January 2018, I visited Williamson and Maury Counties in Tennessee and visited the graves of my Akin, Alexander, and Polk ancestors.
